Wu Ming Qigong for Breast Health

THERE ARE STEPS WOMEN CAN TAKE RIGHT AWAY TO CREATE BREAST HEALTH.   Dr. Nan Lu, author and expert on women’s health from the Chinese medicine perspective, has created a one-of-a-kind program to help women of all ages create breast health.  It’s essential to know that women can be proactive when it comes to the issue of breast cancer.  Based on the ancient, time-tested theories of Chinese medicine, this unique program, Wu Ming Qigong for Breast Health, gives practitioners and their clients the healing tools necessary to support breast health.

TRUE PREVENTION COMES FROM A STRONG ENERGY SYSTEM  True prevention for breast health is an active, life-enhancing process. From the Chinese medicine perspective, this prevention can only be gained from a strong internal energy system.  Life force or the intelligent energy that powers your body’s physical organ systems must flow smoothly throughout the body and the organ systems have to work together harmoniously. When chronic stress, poor diet and life imbalances are present, this smooth flow can stagnate, especially in the breast area where these vital energy pathways pass through. A more healthy energy flow can be accomplished with astonishing simplicity and ease through powerful Qigong movements.

The 7 self-healing Wu Ming Qigong movements learned in this program stimulate the energy flow through the key energy pathways running through the breast area.  Daily repetition of these qigong forms can help  physical issues such as calcifications, cysts and breast lumps, be dispersed and the internal conditions that foster them can be resolved.

At the Center for Seasonal Wellness, we will be holding the Wu Ming Qigong Breast Health class series in a three-week, 75-minute class format to demonstrate the Breast Health Qigong movements to any woman wishing to learn how to take better charge of her breast health. While these special qigong forms are simple energy exercises that can be practiced anywhere, properly learning them takes committed practice to achieve maximum results.  Due to the constant  environmental, nutritional, and emotional stressors in our lives, these Breast Health Qigong Classes are appropriate for and of benefit to all women.

Classes will be held in the healing environment of the Center for Seasonal Wellness.  Larger class sizes may require a different nearby location and we will provide that information when applicable.   Call Karen Hand, licensed acupuncturist, Wu Ming Qigong practitioner and director of the Center for Seasonal Wellness for further information.

New Wu Ming Qigong Breast Health class sessions will be scheduled in the fall.  Please call us at 413-427-6391 or email: acukare@gmail.com if you would like to be contacted when our new class times become available.  Offsite classes can be arranged for groups of 12 or more who are interested in creating a class for their workplace or their specific organization.
